I would like to inform everyone what a pleasure it has been through the years to work with Eaton Insurance.  I have had my home, car, and motorcycle insurance with this company for over 18 years and have always had excellent service. 

They are very competitive when it comes to their insurance rates.  I am a loan officer as well and have directed people to get their insurance quotes through Eaton Insurance. I know that my borrowers will be treated great and get the best insurance possible for their new home through Eaton Insurance.  I would highly recommend them to anyone for their insurance needs.

On June 17th, I experienced a significant amount of damage to my home caused by a hail storm. Living alone, I did not know where to start. I called Eaton Insurance and spoke with Debbie who helped me through all the paper work and how I can easily handle a problem such as this. She suggested I contact Timbercrest; they came out to assess the damage along with Ron Eaton who contacted Pioneer Insurance and an adjuster Mark Zielinske. With all of them working together, they determined what needed to be done and a price. I was very happy with they all handled the situation so professionally. 

Within a few days, I had a check for the repairs from Pioneer. Ron went out of his way to help me with all repairs. Everything was taken care of in a short period of time. Timbercrest had a great group of men that had done the work for me. Was very impressed with Ron Eaton and Timbercrest and would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is to say Thank You for all the help and guidance through my claim.  During the springtime, God sent storms through my town.  Strong winds that uprooted large trees and damaging hail.  I had never been through anything like that before.  Being a homeowner the storm caused much concern also.  Eaton Insurance and Timbercrest Construction helped to put my mind at ease.  They worked together in a timely fashion.  I certainly would refer both for a job well done.  All the staff was friendly and helpful.

We were with another insurance agency for 28 years. During that time we never had a claim but our rates kept going up. The last time they doubled & when I called to ask why they said they were sorry we had fallen through the cracks and they would “fix” the rate. They dropped it $1000 but raised our deductible $1000. I call several companies and Eaton was the only one that would talk with me and give me a rough estimate without my social security number.  Before I decided to change to Eaton they went over my old policy and showed me step by step what they could do. I am very happy I gave a chance with Eaton.

I’ve been with this insurance company for a long time now.  My mother recommended them to me.  I recently needed to make a decision on which company I would like to go with to save $ for home and auto.  I found 1 company that was approx $40 cheaper a year HOWEVER I found that staying with Eaton’s was worth the extra $40 year due to 1 person and her commitment to ALWAYS helping me, she is a wonderful person , whom (even though I have never even met in person ) consider a friend.

Her name is Theresa Bilsky, AGENT with Eaton Insurance.  She's the reason I continue to stay along with the fantastic rates she finds for me.  She and the rates that she finds are the reason I continue to refer friends.  I just want to give a HUGE shout out & than you to Theresa Bilsky for not only being fantastic at her job but also being the wonderful human being that she is.  I couldn't be happier with the service that I have gotten at Eaton Ins.

This company will go the extra mile for you. We recently purchased a house and even though we could have went with a different company they had already showed how much they care about their customers and saving costs when it came to our auto insurance. After purchasing and home and moving the insurance company we were under had a third party come out to do an inspection which had a lot of false information in it causing our insurance to go up a little over $200.00. We received a phone call from Theresa addressing the issue before we even got anything in the mail. She went to bat for us and once again proved that we made the right choice in an insurance company. We stayed with them when we bought the house because we like the service and attention to detail we get from them. They are always looking out for our best interests.

I am a new customer to Eaton Insurance company. My agent Lucy Regis was very helpful and knowledgeable. She saved me over $100.00 on auto and rental insurance together. She helped me get discounts that I didn’t know we’re available to me. My previous insurance was renewing in two days and was going up 40$ with just having auto insurance. Rates are suppose to go down the older we get, not go up. Lucy made it happen in two days with multiple insurance. Thank you Lucy!
